Returns and Exchanges

Return and Exchange Policy for UAE

If you are not completely satisfied or you need an alternative size, please return the item within 14 days. The item must be unused and repacked in its original packaging.

Just email us on hello@wondernaab.com and include the subject ‘Returns’, providing a copy of your invoice or the following information:

1. Name 
2. Order Number
3. Item to be returned
4. Reason for return
5. Your contact number

For refunds, please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed once the item has been returned to us. All purchases will be refunded back onto the card you initially paid with or through bank transfer direct to your account.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items for not eligible for refunds, including purchases made with a promotion code. Sale items can be exchanged, but delivery of the new item will be charged at AED 15.

EXCHANGE

If you would like to exchange a full priced item, please email us hello@wondernaab.com with:

• your exchange choice 
• delivery location

If the new item is more expensive than the returned product, you will pay the difference on delivery. If the exchanged item is cheaper than the returned product, the difference will be returned to you, minus exchange delivery costs.

Exchange delivery costs: 15 AED 

GCC, MIDDLE EAST & REST OF WORLD

For international returns & exchanges, you must arrange your own return and bear the cost of returning the item(s) unless the item is faulty or damaged.

-Governing Law and Jurisdiction,   Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.

-Will not provide any services or products to any Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctioned countries in accordance with UAE law.

Privacy policy: Credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared or rented to any third parties.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be done on the original mode of payment used.

 

 

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

 

The products are delivered using companies specialized in delivering orders within the UAE within a period not exceeding five working days, without calculating holidays and vacations, according to the policies of the shipping companies.

In the event that the order reaches the address specified by you and it is not possible to receive it,

please contact customer service and set another date for the delivery of the order.

 

We are also pleased to inform you that the official working days are from Monday to Friday, and that

delivery is not available on holidays and public holidays.
